This series entitled “Journals”, is a reflexion on the condition of the artist in the XXth. and XXIst centuries. Sheets of paper from posh magazine pages as support stand as metaphores for the ephemeral, the wearing out and the speed with wich we now seem to consume and destroy, in our present zeitgeist. The ephemeral character of one’s daily life is also the object of this study, as the raw material itself chosen for this diaristic series.

Just as ancient scattered elements in an archeological situ, fragments of what was once a desired vehicule for a message are now ironically presented and left visible to us towards a natural and needed reflection.
